Accelera's prototype H2Rescue, a heavy-duty hydrogen truck, made headlines by setting a world record for traveling an impressive 1806 miles on a single fill-up. The truck, powered by a 250-kilowatt traction motor and hydrogen fuel cells, consumed 168 out of the 175 kilograms of hydrogen it carried. This achievement, witnessed by a Guinness World Records representative, emphasized the potential of hydrogen as a clean energy source for long-haul transportation.
