Micromeritics, located in Norcross, Georgia, is recognized for its industry-leading technologies in fundamental particle measurements such as surface area, porosity, and powder flow. Approximately 40% of Micromeritics' sales are attributed to the clean-tech industry, including hydrogen/fuel cells, while the remaining 60% are from industrial tech applications like chemicals and semiconductors. The company has shown significant growth, achieving a compound annual sales growth rate of 17% between 2021 and 2024. Spectris anticipates double-digit growth in the medium term following the acquisition.
