This joint effort aims to overcome key challenges related to fuel combustion, delivery, and system integration with aircraft engines, ensuring safety and efficiency. TCS will contribute its expertise in engineering to assist Rolls-Royce in various activities like system and component design, supply chain management, and program support, bolstering Rolls-Royce's research in hydrogen technology. This partnership reinforces the longstanding relationship between Rolls-Royce and the Tata Group, with a focus on sustainable initiatives. The European Union faces challenges in meeting its 2030 renewable hydrogen targets due to a lack of solid analysis, while the US Department of Energy has embarked on a significant $12.6 billion deal with Arches to establish a hydrogen hub in California, emphasizing the global momentum towards hydrogen adoption. Additionally, companies like ZeroAvia and Masdar are also contributing to the hydrogen sector's growth, with ZeroAvia partnering with Ryze for hydrogen supply in engine and flight testing and Masdar raising $1 billion through green bonds to support renewable energy projects and green hydrogen production.
