LONGi Hydrogen has recently signed an Investment Agreement with HydrogenPro ASA, a prominent player in green hydrogen technology. Together with HydrogenPro's shareholders Andritz AG and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LONGi Hydrogen is set to invest around NOK 140 million in HydrogenPro. This investment is complemented by a Cooperation Agreement between the two companies, focusing on scaling up the manufacturing, engineering, and service of electrolyzers specifically for the European green hydrogen market. Key figures from LONGi Hydrogen, including Zhang Haimeng and Ma Jun, have expressed optimism and enthusiasm about the partnership. Zhang Haimeng, as the Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer of LONGi Green Energy, highlighted the strategic nature of the collaboration with HydrogenPro, aiming to unlock global green hydrogen projects and provide enhanced value to customers. Ma Jun, the President of LONGi Hydrogen, emphasized the milestone this partnership represents for the company's international expansion and its role in strengthening the global partners network. The collaboration is expected to bring about synergies in various aspects, including engineering, supply chain management, and customer service. With LONGi Hydrogen's experience in delivering over 500 MW of global projects and HydrogenPro's track record in large-scale green hydrogen projects, the partnership is poised to create new business opportunities, drive industry growth, and contribute to the industrialization of green hydrogen technologies.
