Ohmium, an American-based company, launched a state-of-the-art green hydrogen electrolyzer gigafactory near Doddaballapura, Bangalore. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Pralhad Joshi, Union Minister for Renewable Energy, and MB Patil, Karnataka’s Minister for Large and Medium Industries. Patil emphasized the government's commitment to clean energy and sustainable development, praising Ohmium's Rs 2,000 crore investment in the unit. The facility, currently with a capacity of 500 megawatts, will be expanded to 2 gigawatts, creating new jobs.
