The Deendayal Port Authority has initiated a bidding process for the development of a center of excellence dedicated to green hydrogen in Gandhidham, Gujarat. The scope of work involves the creation of detailed structural designs and architectural drawings for the CoE building, encompassing various aspects like civil, architectural, and structural elements, interior layouts, furniture arrangements, sanitation systems, water supply, fire fighting mechanisms, landscaping, electrification, CCTV installation, and air-conditioning systems. The project, with an estimated cost of Rs 75.08 crore, will require phase-wise submission of architectural and structural working drawings, including plans, elevations, cross-sections, and detailed components of the building. The submission deadline for the bids is set for 14 May 2025, and the selected contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary approvals from the Competent Authority to proceed with the construction of the green hydrogen CoE.
