Saipem and Nel ASA have jointly announced the IVHY™ 100 project, a scalable and modular 100 MW green hydrogen solution aimed at advancing the decarbonization of hard-to-abate industries and promoting renewable hydrogen production. This initiative represents a significant step towards sustainable and innovative solutions in the renewable hydrogen sector. The project involves Nel providing alkaline and PEM electrolyzer technologies, in addition to technical services, while Saipem will handle the engineering and construction aspects of the green hydrogen facilities.
