This collaboration involves integrating Amogy's advanced ammonia-cracking technology, which breaks down ammonia into hydrogen and nitrogen at lower temperatures, with Yanmar's hydrogen internal combustion engine (H2ICE). The aim is to develop low-cost hydrogen fuel solutions for commercial vessels and potentially create maritime hydrogen fuel cell systems.
