Hydrogen Utopia International PLC has entered a significant partnership with TF Capital Dooel to establish a waste plastic-to-hydrogen facility in North Macedonia. The collaboration, spearheaded by HUI's subsidiary HUI2021 International UK Limited, involves TF Capital taking on key responsibilities such as securing permits, conducting feasibility studies, and devising business and market entry strategies. TF Capital will also play a role in identifying potential clients, investors, governmental partners, and exploring state aid opportunities. As part of the agreement, HUI will provide monthly payments to TF Capital until mid-November 2025 or until a building permit is granted, with TF Capital set to receive a 5% share in the future facility's operational entity.
