Opel, under the Stellantis brand, is set to launch the Opel Movano Hydrogen van, following the success of the Vivaro hydrogen model. The Movano Hydrogen, showcased at the IAA Transportation event in Hanover, boasts impressive features such as a range exceeding 500 kilometers, fast hydrogen refueling times under 5 minutes, and enhanced performance with 110 kW power and 410 Nm torque. Opel's CEO Florian Huettl emphasized the vehicle's hybrid system that supports the fuel cell drive, advanced safety technologies including Level 2 assisted driving, and a generous cargo volume of up to 17 cubic meters. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, Opel aims to cater to commercial customers' transport needs while expanding its presence in the light commercial vehicle market.
