The 2nd Maritime Fuel Supply Dialogues roundtable took place during the Global Africa Hydrogen Summit 2024 in Windhoek, Namibia. The event brought together ministries, fuel developers, shipping industry stakeholders, and climate and development financiers from Africa and the Asia Pacific regions. The participants discussed untapped market opportunities for hydrogen-derived fuels in the shipping sector. The roundtable aimed to build upon the commitments outlined in the first roundtable and brainstorm on levers and policies to drive collective action towards enabling investment decisions and mobilising finance for the development of clean fuel supply infrastructure.
