Key announcements included a €25 million EU grant for green hydrogen investment, the launch of a green ammonia project, and partnerships for renewable energy projects. The event also saw the signing of multiple MoUs, including collaborations with the United States and international organizations like the International Energy Agency. These partnerships aim to drive green energy initiatives and foster sustainable development. The Summit highlighted the potential of hydrogen in Africa and its role in global energy transition. It concluded with plans to host the event again in Namibia in 2025, showcasing the country's commitment to green industrialization and climate action.
