Greenzo Energy, an indigenous alkaline electrolyser manufacturer in India, has introduced the 'Un Wheel,' a 1 MW alkaline electrolyser stack aimed at optimizing hydrogen production for Indian environmental conditions. The 'Un Wheel' operates efficiently across a wide temperature range and delivers hydrogen at 30 bar pressure, eliminating the need for additional compressors and thereby enhancing overall efficiency. The electrolyser stack is equipped with advanced monitoring and control features to ensure both safe and efficient hydrogen production. It focuses on maintaining high hydrogen purity by monitoring key parameters like water quality, pressure levels, and purification pressure. Additionally, the system controls lye temperature and circulation to optimize electrolytic reactions and process stability. The 'Un Wheel' stack is designed with innovative features such as a unique electrolyte composition for improved performance, durability, and waste heat recovery, enhancing energy efficiency. The stack is tailored to meet the energy needs of industries like heavy manufacturing, transportation, and power as they transition towards clean energy. Furthermore, Greenzo Energy's adherence to international standards with certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 ensures top-notch quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
