Additionally, Paragon Globe Berhad (PGB) is planning to establish a green industrial park, PGB @ Tech Park @ Nusajaya in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, with a substantial gross development value. The project, set on a 115.90-acre freehold land, aims to be the first green industrial park in Johor to achieve the Green Real Estate Gold certification.
