Sungrow Hydrogen has entered into a supply agreement with ACME Group for the provision of water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment in Oman's 320MW green ammonia project. The agreement signifies the commencement of collaboration between the two entities in the Middle East. Sungrow Hydrogen will supply multiple sets of 1000Nm³/h ALK hydrogen production equipment and green hydrogen production solutions for the project, with delivery expected to be completed by 2025. The green ammonia project, integral to ACME's green energy strategy in the Middle East, is poised to start operations in 2026, with an initial production capacity of 300 tonnes per day. This initiative is anticipated to enhance Oman's standing in the global green hydrogen industry. Sungrow Hydrogen's global competitiveness in the green hydrogen sector is on the ascent, evidenced by the forthcoming certifications for its electrolyzer products and the operation of China's first automated assembly line for ALK electrolyzers. These developments have bolstered the company's annual production capacity to 3GW.
