Deutsche Messe AG and the German Hydrogen Association (DWV) have come together to launch the H2Eco Award in anticipation of HANNOVER MESSE 2025, a renowned industry trade fair. This award aims to celebrate the efforts of companies and institutions driving innovation in the hydrogen economy. Entries are now being accepted for the award, with a deadline set for 10th February 2025. The focus of the H2Eco Award is on recognizing pioneers who are pushing the boundaries with exceptional projects that showcase the potential of green hydrogen. Key criteria for assessment include economic viability, sustainability, and security of supply. An esteemed panel of hydrogen experts will shortlist three finalists, with the ultimate winner being revealed on 1st April 2025 during the Public Forum Hydrogen + Fuel Cells EUROPE. The initiative not only highlights outstanding players in the hydrogen industry but also aims to contribute to the establishment of a robust and sustainable hydrogen economy. Driven by a shared vision of promoting green energy solutions, both Deutsche Messe AG and DWV are committed to fostering a future where hydrogen plays a significant role in the energy mix.
