Latvenergo, Latvia's national electricity company, and H2Pro, an Israeli innovator in green hydrogen production, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore the feasibility of deploying H2Pro's decoupled electrolysis technology in Latvia. The collaboration, aimed at advancing green hydrogen commercialization, focuses on integrating H2Pro's technology with Latvia's renewable energy sources like wind and solar. By exploring the potential of piloting an electrolyzer in Latvenergo's energy infrastructure and assessing opportunities for commercial deployment, the partnership seeks to pave the way for a cost-effective and scalable green hydrogen economy in Latvia.
