In a groundbreaking move, Lhyfe and HysetCo, based in Nantes and Saint-Denis, France, respectively, have announced the signing of their first renewable hydrogen supply contract to advance decarbonisation efforts in the Paris region. The agreement, initiated in July, involves Lhyfe providing renewable hydrogen to one of HysetCo's refuelling stations near a Carrefour hypermarket in Collégien. This collaboration aims to facilitate emission-free travel for customers, with the potential to cover around 60,000 kilometers per week using green and renewable hydrogen. Lhyfe, with its production units powered by renewable energy, has been at the forefront of green hydrogen production since 2017, contributing to the deployment of clean energy solutions across Europe. The contract signifies a significant step towards promoting carbon-free hydrogen mobility and improving air quality.
