Provaris Energy, Uniper Global Commodities, and Norwegian Hydrogen have collaborated to sign a conditional Term Sheet that will facilitate the supply of 42,500 tonnes per year of renewable hydrogen from Norway to north-western Europe. This initiative aims to utilize Provaris' H2Neo carriers for the transportation of hydrogen, with the first cargo deliveries expected in early 2029. The project represents a significant step towards developing regional bulk-scale hydrogen supply chains within Europe. The agreement, which includes key terms and conditions for a binding Hydrogen SPA targeted for June 2025, signifies a milestone in the journey towards establishing sustainable energy solutions in the region.
