SEFE, a company under the ownership of the German Federal Government operating in the energy trading, sales, transportation, and storage industry, has recently entered a memorandum of understanding with Höegh Evi. This partnership focuses on developing international supply chains for the supply of clean hydrogen to Germany and other European locations. The collaboration includes the supply of ammonia, its transportation by ship, and delivery to floating terminals where ammonia will be converted to hydrogen for distribution to SEFE customers. Key objectives of the agreement involve identifying potential sites for floating terminals along the coasts of the Baltic and North Sea, as well as other European locations.
