Atlas Copco Group has opened a cutting-edge manufacturing plant in Talegaon, Pune, covering 270,000 sq ft. The facility will produce air and gas compressors, including those for CNG, biogas, and hydrogen, alongside air dryers and medical filters. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, the plant integrates Industry 4.0 principles and utilizes a rooftop solar system to meet 80% of its energy needs. Additionally, eco-friendly features like rainwater harvesting and advanced cooling systems have been incorporated. The facility is ISO-certified, ensuring high-quality, safe, and energy-efficient operations.
