Avaada Group, a leading player in renewable energy, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Skill Council for Green Jobs to support India's National Green Hydrogen Mission. The MoU aims at skill development and youth empowerment in the green hydrogen sector, aligning with India's ambitious decarbonization and economic growth targets. The partnership focuses on creating a dynamic ecosystem to empower youth with essential skills for building careers in the green hydrogen industry through targeted training and reskilling programs. Mr. Vineet Mittal, Chairman of Avaada Group, emphasized the importance of empowering a skilled workforce to drive India's green transformation, while Mr. Arpit Sharma, CEO of the Skill Council for Green Jobs, highlighted the collaboration's impact on workforce development. The initiative aims to meet the demand for expertise in areas such as fuel cells, electrolyzers, and project management, with projections of significant job creation and investments. Aligned with the National Green Hydrogen Mission's objectives, the partnership will deliver specialized training programs, incorporating hydrogen technologies into curricula and supporting the reskilling of individuals for roles in the Green Hydrogen ecosystem. This collaboration, under government schemes, is committed to cultivating a talented workforce to advance India's vision of a skilled workforce in the Green Hydrogen Domain, essential for the growth of the green hydrogen value chain.
