The proposal aims to select an executing agency for constructing two hydrogen hubs, each with a capacity of 1,00,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA). Interested bidders are required to submit their bids by October 7, 2024, along with specified fees. SECI will provide central financial assistance of up to ₹1 billion for each hub, with a completion deadline of March 31, 2026. The tender includes the development of storage and transportation facilities, pipeline infrastructure, refueling stations, and adoption of hydrogen technologies. A penalty clause is in place for project delays beyond the grace period of six months.
