Gensol Engineering and Matrix Gas & Renewables have secured the project to set up India's maiden Green Hydrogen Valley in Pune. The collaboration aims to establish a Green Hydrogen production plant under a Build Own and Operate (BOO) model to cater to the Specialty Chemical sector for a duration of 20 years. Anmol Jaggi, the Managing Director of Gensol Engineering, expressed immense pride in spearheading this pivotal project. The initiative, supported by the Government of India's Department of Science & Technology, signifies a significant step towards promoting Hydrogen Valleys and fostering the Green Hydrogen economy. The plan includes the supply of Green Hydrogen to the specialty chemical sector in Pune, Maharashtra, on a round-the-clock basis to contribute to the development of sustainable practices in India's energy landscape.
