Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd (SECI), under the Indian Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, has entered a partnership with H2Global Stiftung by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on promoting green hydrogen initiatives in India. The MoU, signed by key officials from both organizations, seeks to facilitate knowledge exchange on market-based mechanisms related to green hydrogen and establish cooperation between India and other nations involved in importing hydrogen. This initiative is expected to contribute to the global growth of the green hydrogen economy. Through this collaboration, India aims to enhance its expertise in designing joint tenders that align with its goal of becoming a major hub for exporting green hydrogen and its by-products. The partnership will also offer valuable insights into the international dynamics of the hydrogen market, including trade logistics and engagement with stakeholders, thereby bolstering India's efforts in the field of green hydrogen.
