Vijay Anand, the CEO of Shri Tech Data Limited, met with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in Madhya Pradesh to propose a comprehensive investment plan totaling Rs 9,100 crore. The plan includes investments in data centers, green hydrogen, solar energy, and the transmission sector. The focus of the meeting was on advancing infrastructure and technology in the state. Key projects outlined in the proposal are a Rs 4,000 crore data center in Indore, a Rs 3,000 crore green hydrogen plant in Bina, a Rs 600 crore solar power unit in Ujjain, and Rs 1,500 crore for electricity infrastructure in Ujjain. The investment is expected to drive digital and green energy transformation in Madhya Pradesh, creating job opportunities and modern infrastructure. Chief Minister Yadav praised the state's attractiveness for investments, citing its strong infrastructure, investor-friendly policies, and favorable industrial environment. The investment is projected to elevate Madhya Pradesh as a leader in technology and energy, fostering economic growth and opening avenues for local youth and start-ups.
