The partnership, formalized through an MoU signing ceremony in Dubai, UAE, aims to drive innovation in automotive solutions for both private and public sectors. Triton EV, based in the US with manufacturing facilities in India, specializes in electric commercial vehicles and hydrogen technologies. On the other hand, W Motors, headquartered in Dubai, is known for its hypercars, security and defense vehicles, and electric commercial vehicles. The collaboration between Triton EV and W Motors will see the development of a purpose-built armoured security vehicle under the GHIATH Program, utilizing Triton EV's hydrogen engine technology. This collaboration also includes the manufacturing of Triton EV's electric commercial vehicles in Dubai for the MENA region. Himanshu Patel expressed excitement about incorporating hydrogen internal combustion engine technology into W Motors' vehicles, foreseeing great synergies for sustainable and high-performance vehicles. Ralph Debbas sees opportunities to expand the GHIATH Program into India and the US, as well as developing new products for these markets. Furthermore, the partnership plans to explore manufacturing hydrogen internal combustion engines in the UAE to cater to W Motors' high-end vehicle production. This collaboration is also set to incorporate hydrogen engines into future vehicles and develop specialized vehicles for global markets.
