Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power and Japan's Itochu Corporation have partnered through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance investments in renewable energy and environmental infrastructure. The collaboration, announced at COP29, focuses on areas such as green hydrogen production and water desalination to advance global energy transition and sustainability goals. By combining their expertise, the two companies aim to tackle the energy quadrilemma by ensuring energy security, affordability, sustainability, and accessibility while promoting cleaner energy solutions.
