Tree Energy Solutions (TES) and OQ Alternative Energy (OQAE) have entered into a Joint Study Agreement to explore the potential for establishing an e-NG facility in Oman, focusing on utilizing green hydrogen. The collaboration between the two companies aims to make use of the existing infrastructure for liquefaction, regasification, transportation, and storage to introduce electric natural gas (e-NG) as a sustainable solution for industrial applications, gradually replacing traditional natural gas usage. Oman's rich renewable resources, particularly its abundance of wind and solar power, make it a favorable location for this venture. The partnership benefits from a comprehensive implementation framework provided by Hydrom's directive, positioning the Sultanate region as a leading location for hydrogen production. Marco Alverá, the CEO and Co-Founder of TES, emphasized the commitment to advancing the global energy transition through this agreement with OQAE, reinforcing the dedication to sustainable practices in the Middle East.
