Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced during a panel discussion at the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Bhubaneswar that Indian Railways has successfully manufactured the most potent hydrogen fuel-run train engine globally. The minister highlighted that only four countries currently possess hydrogen-powered trains, with horsepower outputs ranging between 500 to 600, making India's achievement significant.
