First Hydrogen Corp. has achieved a significant milestone by conducting a successful trial of its hydrogen fuel cell vehicle (HEV) in collaboration with Amazon in London. The trial, covering 535 km and delivering 3,462 parcels with 1,547 stops, showcased the vehicle's effectiveness in real-world delivery scenarios. Telematics data analysis by Amazon's team indicated a projected range of 397 km, with potential optimization to exceed 450 km. Technical improvements, such as predictive software, pedal controller adjustments, and a new operating mode, are in the pipeline to enhance energy efficiency. First Hydrogen plans to expand its trials to Europe and North America to further promote its Hydrogen as a Service (HASS) model through strategic partnerships. By emphasizing innovation and sustainability, First Hydrogen aims to establish itself as a key player in the eco-friendly transport solutions sector.
