Plug Power's joint venture with Olin Corporation, Hidrogenii, has launched operations at a new hydrogen liquefaction facility in St. Gabriel, Louisiana, which is one of the largest in North America. The plant can liquefy up to 15 metric tons of hydrogen per day and will cater to Plug's material handling customers across the country. This move is a key milestone in developing a robust U.S.-based hydrogen supply chain and expanding Plug's green energy production network. The company's total hydrogen production capacity now stands at 40 metric tons per day, including output from its other facilities.
