Air Products and TotalEnergies have entered a landmark 15-year green hydrogen supply agreement to aid in decarbonizing TotalEnergies' European refineries. The deal involves Air Products supplying 70,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually from 2030, with the aim of replacing grey hydrogen currently used in TotalEnergies' facilities in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. Additionally, TotalEnergies will supply 150MW of renewable power to Air Products' Texan hydrogen plant as part of a power purchase agreement (PPA).
