ATOME has reached a major milestone in its Villeta Project in Paraguay by signing non-binding Heads of Terms with Hy24's managed Clean H2 Infra Fund for a substantial investment. Hy24, known as a global leader in hydrogen private equity finance, commits to investing up to US$115 million in ATOME's green fertiliser project. The Terms outline that the Clean H2 Infra Fund will be the anchor and lead equity investor, attributing a value of US$60 million to the Villeta Project. This investment signifies a significant step towards Final Investment Decision (FID) for the project.
