A vessel carrying special tanks of liquid hydrogen has successfully arrived at Yantian Port in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. The liquid hydrogen was transported over a distance of about 20,000 km from Europe to reach its destination, signifying an important milestone in global energy transportation. This delivery also marked a historic moment as the first long-distance transoceanic shipment of over a tonne of liquid hydrogen. The achievement highlights the growing role of hydrogen as a clean energy source and showcases advancements in logistics and transportation technologies.
