The project includes the construction of a hydrogen plant within the complex to enhance the reduction of Britain's diesel imports and potentially facilitate the production of sustainable aviation fuel. EnerMech's scope of work involves providing construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up services for critical components like the diesel hydrotreater, hydrogen plant, storage tank, and amine treatment system, leading to a 38,000 b/d increase in output. EnerMech's advanced software solutions will play a crucial role in tasks such as flange management, bolt torque/tensioning, on-site machining, nitrogen purging, and hydro-testing, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
