New and Renewable Energy Minister Pralhad Joshi emphasized the significance of integrating startups into the green hydrogen sector to introduce innovative ideas and engage the younger generation. The upcoming second International Conference on Green Hydrogen India 2024, to be held in Delhi from September 11-13, aims to support the green hydrogen mission. With over 120 exhibitors and 150 speakers expected to participate, the event will provide a platform to showcase advancements and foster discussions on green hydrogen technologies. The government's substantial allocation of Rs 19,744 crore underscores its commitment to promoting green hydrogen initiatives. The conference will also host sessions focused on regions like the European Union, Australia, Singapore, and the Netherlands to facilitate international collaboration and knowledge exchange. Organized by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy in collaboration with the Office of the Principal Scientists, Government of India, the event has received support from partners such as Ficci and Solar Energy Corporation of India, highlighting a collective effort towards advancing green hydrogen solutions.
