The company, headed by ANERT with the CEO as the Chairman and Managing Director, will operate under the Central Department of Science and Technology's regulations. Initial estimates suggest an investment of Rs 133 crore until 2030, with Rs 58 crore funded by the central government. The project aims to shift towards hydrogen usage instead of electricity, fostering infrastructure growth, job creation, and environmental protection. The diverse Board of Directors includes representatives from the central government, state government's Finance and Power Departments, shareholders, and public/private industries.
