Eric Guter, the vice president of Hydrogen for Mobility at Air Products, highlighted the significance of establishing a robust hydrogen economy infrastructure to facilitate the energy transition and address climate change goals. The stations will cater to heavy-duty vehicles like trucks and buses as well as light-duty hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Each station is expected to handle significant daily refueling, reflecting Air Products' commitment to enabling zero-emission transportation. With a track record of operating six hydrogen refueling stations in Southern California and involvement in numerous global projects, Air Products brings valuable experience to this venture. Furthermore, the company's expansion plans extend beyond California, with a similar network set to connect Edmonton and Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
