Hyundai Motor Company has introduced the second-generation Nexo FCEV, a hydrogen fuel cell-powered SUV, at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show in South Korea. The new Nexo model surpasses its predecessor in size and performance, offering a driving range of more than 700 km after a quick refill. With enhancements in the fuel cell system and powertrain, including a more powerful motor, the SUV delivers improved driving performance. The interior of the Nexo has been upgraded to provide a more spacious and comfortable experience, featuring 'relaxation seats' in the first row and increased luggage capacity. The vehicle incorporates advanced technological features such as a 12.3-inch infotainment system, ADAS, and AI-powered voice recognition, ensuring a modern driving experience. Safety measures include nine airbags to protect passengers and the hydrogen tank. The new Nexo's total power output is 190 kW, with advancements in the fuel cell stack and storage density contributing to its increased performance.
