Riversimple, a UK-based company, is making waves in the automotive industry with its development of a hydrogen-powered supercar. The supercar is set to offer impressive stats, including a 400-mile range, a weight of just 620kg, and a quick acceleration of 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds. Despite its speed, the car's top speed is limited to 100mph, showcasing a focus on efficiency. This supercar will be powered by 29kW of fuel cell power, providing a sustainable alternative to traditional gasoline vehicles. Riversimple's initiative aims to tackle the issue of vehicle weight, which is a crucial aspect of both performance and environmental impact. To achieve this goal, Riversimple has teamed up with postgraduate students at Coventry University's Automotive and Transport Design course, leveraging fresh perspectives and innovative ideas for the vehicle's design.
