KSB, a global pumping solutions provider, recognizes the immense potential in the region and is investing heavily to develop the necessary skills. The complex process of creating green hydrogen through electrolysis is being addressed, with a focus on renewable electricity generation and efficient transportation methods. The Hyphen Hydrogen Energy project in Namibia is a major initiative aiming to produce 3 million tonnes of green hydrogen annually by 2026. This project will rely on 6 GW of renewable energy from wind and solar sources, ensuring emissions-free production.
