The Taiwan Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Partnership (THFCP) participated in the 2025 Hyvolution in Paris, signing memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with four countries to advance the hydrogen and fuel cell industry. The MOUs were signed with institutions from Ukraine, France, Poland, and Denmark, aiming to promote research and development in the integrated supply chain. The agreements are expected to facilitate international projects, foster exchanges of expertise, and strengthen Taiwan's position in hydrogen fuel cell technology. Taiwan showcased its technological advancements in hydrogen purification, energy electrolysis, Power-to-Gas system integration, and energy management at the exhibition. Despite challenges like small land area and high population density leading to energy import reliance, Taiwan is exploring collaborations with countries such as Chile and Australia for overseas hydrogen factory investments. The Hyvolution exhibition, attended by over 10,000 enterprises, experts, and government representatives from 82 countries, highlighted Taiwan's capabilities in information and communication technology, manufacturing techniques, and R&D in the hydrogen energy sector.
