This move includes approximately 475 employees in Pennsylvania and Florida. Air Products plans to focus on its industrial gas business and clean hydrogen technology. The company emphasizes its expertise in LNG plant manufacturing over the past 50 years. The sale is expected to close by the end of the calendar year. In another strategic move, Air Products is partnering with Aramco to establish a lower-carbon hydrogen production business in the Middle East, reinforcing their commitment to hydrogen energy.
