Brazil's 'Nova Indústria' policy focuses on industrial capacity building, bioeconomy decarbonization, and energy security, including the National Hydrogen Program. In comparison, the United States is driving clean energy supply chain diversification and manufacturing growth through legislative acts like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The partnership emphasizes three pillars: clean energy production and deployment, clean energy technology supply chain development, and green industrialization. This collaboration will promote cooperation on clean energy technologies such as solar, wind, hydrogen, and zero-emission vehicles. By mobilizing public and private financing, the initiative aims to generate benefits like creating clean energy jobs, expanding supply chains, driving technological innovations, and attracting investments in climate resilience.
