This initiative follows Madbouly's earlier meeting with François Michel, CEO of John Cockerill, in Brussels, where plans for manufacturing electrolyzer components in Egypt were revealed. The meeting also included discussions on cooperation with Norway's Scatec, which has attracted international companies to invest in renewable energy projects in Egypt. John Cockerill's group highlighted its expertise in Alkaline Electrolyzers and expressed interest in exploring further investment opportunities in Egypt's growing green hydrogen sector.
