The Avaada Group has recently entered into a strategic agreement with the Skill Council for Green Jobs in India, aligning with the country's Skill India Mission. This partnership is geared towards developing skills among the youth in the green hydrogen sector, a crucial aspect of India's Green Hydrogen Mission. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the collaboration is dedicated to skill development and empowering the youth in the field of green hydrogen. The initiative is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the green hydrogen industry. The Green Hydrogen Mission in India is set to create 600,000 jobs by 2030, indicating significant opportunities for employment. Additionally, the sector is estimated to attract investments totaling over Rs 8 lakh crore. Key areas of focus for skill development include fuel cells, electrolysers, and project management, aligning with the increasing demand for expertise in these areas within the green hydrogen sector. This collaboration signifies a positive step towards skill enhancement, job creation, and investment attraction in the renewable energy space, particularly in the context of India's ambitious goals for green hydrogen.
