Enagás, the Spanish gas TSO, has inaugurated the Enagás Corporate University (UCE) at its Madrid headquarters to equip professionals with the necessary skills for the energy transition. The UCE aims to cultivate a culture of continuous learning to address future challenges, including managing the hydrogen network in Spain. By collaborating with the Hydrogen Technology Observatory, the UCE will advance knowledge related to hydrogen and other key areas like decarbonisation. Enagás CEO Arturo Gonzalo highlighted the UCE's role in talent development, strategy alignment, leadership promotion, and knowledge management. The UCE will focus on experiential learning, AI, and staff upskilling and reskilling across corporate, technical, and leadership domains. With facilities in Madrid, San Fernando, and Zaragoza, the UCE continues the legacy of Enagás' training school, offering accredited training with global recognition.
