In Hull, plans to build a £250m green hydrogen production facility have been approved, marking a significant step towards decarbonisation efforts in the region. The 100-megawatt plant, to be developed by Meld Energy at the Saltend Chemicals Park, aims to meet a substantial portion of the park's hydrogen demand.
