State Minister M B Patil confirmed this significant step and highlighted the state's dedication to supporting HFEPL. The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed during London Roadshows. HFEPL, founded by Rahul Munjal in 2012, has strong backing from investors like the International Finance Corporation and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
